About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Lodge Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, including maintenance and upkeep
  • Provide a high level of customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize and coordinate events and activities for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the lodge and the delivery of excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
