Job Title: Deputy Manager Clinical Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager Clinical Leadership Position to join our team at Transformation Unit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Applications and Clinical Systems Team, ensuring the development, maintenance, and delivery of applications and clinical systems within the Trust, SWL, and London, in accordance with national, corporate, and project directives.

The ideal candidate will have a senior level of experience in IM&T applications and systems management, with a track record of achievement. Significant experience of complex SLA management is also required.

The role requires an individual with proven experience of leading, devising, and implementing successful large-scale change at a senior level. Extensive experience in managing at a senior level, IDT infrastructure technical resources, and operations in a large-scale IT environment is essential.

The post holder must have a minimum of 5 years in team leadership roles in a healthcare environment, ideally an Acute NHS organisation. Senior level budget management experience within the NHS is also required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
