The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Product Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services to customers. Your expertise in supportability and maintenance will be instrumental in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement support strategies to ensure the successful delivery of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate support risks.
  • Provide expert advice on supportability and maintenance to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their support needs are met.
  • Contribute to the development of business growth strategies and plans.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in supportability and maintenance, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
