Job Title: Associate Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Manchester Project Controls Team. As Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading major programmes in the North West, delivering project controls, and leading the programme controls function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver project controls across major programmes in the North West
  • Lead the programme controls function, monitoring for accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment, and performance reporting
  • Business development and identifying resourcing requirements to support the programme
  • Provide an efficient day-to-day service to the Programme and Project Managers in reporting on plans, costs, safety, environment, and programme performance
  • Monitor data input by project teams and others to cost and performance systems meet required data standards
  • Manage the production of the Investment Plan and comply with the Investment Competence Framework

Requirements:

  • Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, and analysis
  • Proven experience within the infrastructure sector
  • Skilled in oral and written communication
  • Proficiency with PC operating systems and multiple discipline-specific software applications
  • Knowledge of engineering and construction management
