High-Frequency Circuitry Director

About the Role:
The High-Frequency Circuitry Director is responsible for leading and mentoring a talented group of RF design engineers, driving project development, and contributing to shaping the future of our company. As an integral part of our RF engineering team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively across multi-discipline teams, conduct design reviews, and support project timelines and technical goals.
Key Accountabilities:
- Team Management: Manage and inspire RF design engineers, allocate resources, set priorities, and support team growth.
- Design and Development: Contribute to RF and baseband circuitry design, ensuring integration with key subsystems and meeting performance standards.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of RF systems and technologies, including design, simulation, and testing.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications.
- Extensive experience in RF design and development.
- Demonstrable leadership experience – undertaking people management and mentoring teams.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
