Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to join our team at Randstad Digital UK. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating the execution of complex, multi-disciplinary projects related to smart infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively listen to and engage with stakeholders, tailoring program updates and communication to suit all levels of the organization.
  • Design and implement systems for ongoing performance improvement. Measure progress using KPIs, dashboards, and control charts to ensure project goals are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize objectives, create robust project plans, and ensure dependencies and schedules are aligned. Utilize Agile or Waterfall methodologies to maximize team effectiveness.
  • Manage and negotiate with vendors, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of key initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless execution across teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience managing programs for a portfolio of buildings across multiple geographies, adhering to strict timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.
  • Expertise in procurement and vendor negotiation, particularly in managed service delivery.
  • Background in smart buildings, control systems, IoT systems, IoT cyber security, or energy management.
