About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Program Manager to join our team at Amazon Digital UK Limited. As a key member of our Digital Supply Chain Design Team, you will be responsible for leading strategic improvement programs, driving process innovation, and navigating complex business and technical aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the subject matter expert of your assigned program
  • Define program value propositions, advantages, and limitations
  • Be the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer experiences solutions
  • Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi-task based on severity level and strong business judgment
  • Identify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams
  • Have a passion for continuously improving the customer experience
  • Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps
  • Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment

Requirements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Extensive experience working with large global organizations as a Digital Supply Chain Manager, or similar roles such as Program Manager, Vendor Management, Instock Management etc.
  • Have deep technical ability, familiarity with industry digital delivery standards, specifications, and delivery formats with the capacity to acquire new technology concepts quickly
  • Experience managing projects across cross-function teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience delivering programs of medium to high complexity, coordinating the development cycle
  • Knowledge and familiarity with DAM (digital asset management) systems and familiar with digital video file formats including but not limited to the following: digital master files, Mezz (Mezzanine) files, and compressed deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Deep understanding and familiarity of componentized based packages such as MDDF (MovieLabs Digital Distribution Framework), including identification of content using EIDR (Entertainment ID Registry), delivery of content metadata using MEC (Media Entertainment Core Metadata) and MMC (Media Manifest Core), and delivery of availability metadata using EMA Avails
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing/business counterparts to deliver online products/services
  • Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the stakeholders and executives as required
  • Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data
  • Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing and competing priorities
  • Be a collaborative leader, capable of driving internal & external stakeholders to consensus while balancing product/technology needs with longer term relationship objectives
