We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Manager at Smyth Lodge, Sidcup. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing outstanding leadership to our care staff, supporting residents with complex needs, and delivering clinical excellence within the home.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
- Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
- Provide clinical nursing to residents, including medication management and infection prevention and control procedures
