Business Process Change Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Change Specialist to join our client's team in London. The successful candidate will have experience in leading and managing change across a significant business and technology transformation program.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry or Financial Services, with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a business change environment. They will be responsible for ensuring that business transformations, process improvements, and system implementations are planned, executed, and managed effectively.
A competitive salary of approximately £70,000 - £90,000 per annum is offered, commensurate with experience.
