About the Opportunity:

CPRE Rutland is seeking an admin assistant with IT skills to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience working in a Microsoft 365 environment and a passion for environmental issues.

Salary Estimate: £23,000 - £29,000 per annum

Job Description:

As an admin assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the office team by providing IT assistance, maintaining office equipment, and contributing to the development of data protection protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and implement new software solutions to improve office efficiency.
  • Offer technical guidance to staff members on Microsoft 365 tools and features.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement robust data protection procedures.
  • Ensure all office equipment, including computers and printers, is well-maintained and functioning correctly.
