Clinical Assessor Role Summary

About the Position
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team. As a Clinical Assessor, you will conduct thorough functional medical assessments of individuals claiming ESA benefits. You will work closely with a diverse range of people presenting with complex conditions, including physical, mental health, cognitive, and sensory impairments. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure will enable you to provide empathetic support while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and consult with claimants over the phone or face-to-face as part of a consultation session
- Develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and patients

Requirements
- Full registration with the HCPC/NMC
- Experience in report writing and data analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
