About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Primary School Teacher - Early Years to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong academic record, QTS and EYTS qualifications or equivalent, and indepth knowledge and understanding of the Early Years curriculum and assessment frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the Early Years curriculum
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development
  • Provide individualised support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues

Requirements:

  • QTS and EYTS qualifications or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage or equivalent
  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of the Early Years curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons
  • A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development

Estimated Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
