We are seeking an exceptional Reception Teacher to join our dynamic team at Wayman Learning Trust. Based in Camden, North London, this is an exciting opportunity to work with young children and make a positive impact on their educational journey.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, including QTS, EYTS, and PGCE. A Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent is also required.

As a Reception Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the requirements of the Reception curriculum. You will foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development.

Your responsibilities will include providing individualised support to students based on their unique needs and abilities. You will collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.

Key to your success will be your ability to assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students', parents, and colleagues. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behaviour.

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum is offered for this role, depending on experience. The salary range reflects the school's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
