About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Information Governance and Records Management Officer to join our dynamic team at Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Information Governance and Records Management Department.
  • Process requests for information under the Data Protection Act and Freedom of Information Act.
  • Ensure confidentiality, information sharing, and information security in accordance with legislative frameworks.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven administrative ability and organizational skills, preferably acquired in a health setting.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of Information Governance legislation and best practice.
