About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Operations Coordinator to join our team at Forrest Recruitment.

Job Summary:

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating the regional operations of our global organization, based in Golborne. Key duties include:

  • Compiling Weekly and Monthly Service Reports: The Senior Regional Operations Coordinator will compile comprehensive weekly and monthly service reports, providing insights into the performance of our regional operations.
  • Planning Engineer Calls: Using specialized planning software, the coordinator will arrange engineer calls with customers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Field Visits: The coordinator will accompany engineers on out-of-hours and in-hours visits, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Service Engineer Job Packages: The coordinator will prepare detailed job packages for service engineers, ensuring they have all necessary information and resources to complete tasks effectively.
  • Key Account Management: With up to 24 key accounts to manage, the coordinator will build strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • General Office Duties: In addition to these specific responsibilities, the coordinator will perform general office duties, including answering telephone enquiries and providing administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Previous Planning Experience: A proven track record of planning and coordination experience, ideally within a similar industry or role.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: The ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
