About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Winner Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving company revenue through the identification, acquisition, and growth of new business relationships and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify business opportunities within the cleaning industry and turn these opportunities into new business
  • Use a variety of methods to identify opportunities, including networking, existing business relationships, industry events, and light cold-calling
  • Attend industry-specific events, conferences, and seminars to network and gather leads
  • Liaise with senior management to determine short and long-term goals that align with the company's strategy
  • Nurture relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other partners through regular contact and meeting sales calls
  • Maintain an understanding of the cleaning industry, market trends, and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Be part of the mobilization process of new contracts and attend meetings for the first 3 months
  • Be responsible for your sales pipeline and ensure enough activity to secure sales and new opportunities
  • Deep dive into market trends, needs, and competitors to strategically position the client at the forefront
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize project delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships
Requirements
  • Proven experience within a business development role across the cleaning industry
  • Experience in using MS Office and other CRM systems
  • Extensive knowledge of the cleaning industry and a good understanding of market trends
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven and able to work within a fast-paced environment
