We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Winner Recruitment. Key Responsibilities- Identify business opportunities within the cleaning industry and turn these opportunities into new business
- Use a variety of methods to identify opportunities, including networking, existing business relationships, industry events, and light cold-calling
- Attend industry-specific events, conferences, and seminars to network and gather leads
- Liaise with senior management to determine short and long-term goals that align with the company's strategy
- Nurture relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other partners through regular contact and meeting sales calls
- Maintain an understanding of the cleaning industry, market trends, and capitalize on business opportunities
- Be part of the mobilization process of new contracts and attend meetings for the first 3 months
- Be responsible for your sales pipeline and ensure enough activity to secure sales and new opportunities
- Deep dive into market trends, needs, and competitors to strategically position the client at the forefront
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize project delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships
- Proven experience within a business development role across the cleaning industry
- Experience in using MS Office and other CRM systems
- Extensive knowledge of the cleaning industry and a good understanding of market trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong sales and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and able to work within a fast-paced environment
