Customer Service Advisor Role

Blue Arrow is proud to be working in partnership with a manufacturing company to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email, or live chat.
  • Utilize customer service skills to deliver an effortless customer journey and experience.
  • Gain an understanding of each customer's situation to identify opportunities for excellent customer service.
  • Ensure all telephone calls are answered within the service level agreement, utilizing the Salesforce platform.
  • Work in line with Contact Centre processes and targets to provide a professional service at all levels.
  • Collaborate with customers to keep them informed.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Solid recent work history within customer service.
  • At least 1 year of previous customer service in a call centre is desirable.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the drive to deliver world-class service to all customers.
  • Ability to use Microsoft applications and web-based platforms.
  • Highly approachable with good interpersonal skills.
  • Motivational to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Flexible approach to learning new skills to support business requirements.
  • Self-starting with a positive outlook and determination to succeed.
  • GCSE grade 4 in English or an equivalent qualification.
