Your Role

As a Bridal Sales Consultant, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and guidance to help them find their perfect wedding dress. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and use your knowledge of our products to make recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Use your knowledge of our products to make recommendations to customers, helping them find the perfect wedding dress.
  • Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and use this information to provide personalized service.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of equality, diversity and inclusion.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, as well as other performance metrics.
