**Job Title: Bank Support Worker**
**Location: Hinckley**
**Salary: £10.70 per hour**
**Hours: Permanent Bank Contract (Days and Nights Available)**

We are looking for team members in Hinckley who are passionate about supporting individuals within the community to enjoy a fulfilling and independent life.

Applicants must be willing to drive a company vehicle to assist service users to be able to go out to different places.
**The Role**
As a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a team providing support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and autism.
- Helping with the challenges of everyday life such as; dressing, cooking and general household tasks
- Participate in hobbies, supporting with social engagements and enabling our people to live their best life
- Administer medication as required
- Complete daily care plans
- Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met and to protect the adults rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect

- Previous experience not essential, but beneficial
