Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to support our 12-year-old son who has been diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. As a Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling him to participate in community activities independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, supporting daily routines, and encouraging social interaction. Knowledge and experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder would be advantageous.

A car driver is essential for this role, as you will need to transport our son to various locations. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.

This position is subject to a satisfactory DBS check and references. At the time of employment, the successful candidate must have permission to work in the U.K.

Estimated salary: £13.00 per hour, based on national averages for similar roles in Newcastle upon Tyne.
