We're looking for a skilled and empathetic Care Assistant with Communication Expertise to support an individual with complex needs. As a member of our team, you'll provide essential care and support services that enable them to live independently and confidently.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting the individual's communication using Picture Exchange (PECs) systems
  • Accompanying the individual on outings and trips out
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
