Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Night Security Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have significant experience in the EW line of business and excellent leadership skills to manage large, complex pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Integrated Campaign Teams (ICT) to deliver innovative and competitive proposals
* Develop and maintain relationships with Customers & End Users as well as Industrial Partners
* Identify, create and validate opportunities for future sales and growth
* Assist in the preparation of private venture (PV) investment business cases to develop new capabilities

Requirements:
* Relevant sector experience and commercial knowledge
* Excellent leadership skills and ability to negotiate commercial and technical solutions
* Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and drive the ICT

Location:
