About the Role
Triodos Bank is an award-winning organization and one of Europe's leading sustainable banks. Our mission is to make money work for positive social, environmental, and cultural change. We offer a wide range of banking services that benefit people and the environment.
We are looking for a Data Transformation Specialist to join our team at our Bristol Head Office. This is a full-time 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) role that offers flexible hybrid working arrangements. You will typically spend one day in our office per week, with the option to work from home on other days.

Your responsibilities will include facilitating ongoing data development for defined reporting measures by acting as a Business Partner for Triodos Bank when working with the Group D&A team. You will also provide tactical Excel fixes for specific efficiency-related data challenges where there is a time delay in a Group solution being available or where a software solution is not practical.

In return for your hard work and expertise, you will receive a Full Time Equivalent salary of £37,600, plus access to our extensive benefits package. Our benefits include a non-contributory pension scheme, life assurance, income protection, private medical insurance, and a health cash plan. You will also enjoy 27 days annual leave, increasing to 30 days after two years' service, plus five days fully paid carers leave and a wellbeing allowance of £200 per year.
