We are seeking an exceptional Transformation Implementation Specialist to join our Lloyds Banking Group team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our technology services proposition.

As a key member of our Colleague Success team, you will work closely with senior partners from across the organization to support the delivery of a pioneering transformation agenda. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful deployment of the Colleague Success Transformation programme.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Holding the pen on the Colleague Success People Plan, coordinating the delivery of activities and events
  • Producing quarterly updates for inclusion in the Colleague Success Operational Updates charting progress against key pillars
  • SUPPORTING the production of Colleague Success communications, ensuring a golden thread on our collective purpose
  • Supporting the development of colleague treatment strategies and working alongside a wide variety of teams

To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication skills, particularly in visually communicating complex messages and using data to inform decisions. You must also possess collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues at all levels, including those up to executive level.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered, including a generous pension contribution, annual bonus award, and share schemes.
