About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Adviser to join our team at Reed in Partnership. As an Employment Adviser, you will play a vital role in supporting unemployed jobseekers in finding and sustaining employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with jobseekers to identify challenges and barriers to employment
  • Book jobseekers onto relevant training courses, including customer service, security, hospitality, and personal development
  • Support jobseekers with CV writing and job application processes
  • Liaise with employers to identify employment opportunities for jobseekers
  • Conduct outreach work to promote Reed in Partnership within the local community

Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience of working with various customer groups
  • Previous experience in a similar role in Welfare to Work or publicly funded services
  • Relevant advisory and/or training qualifications
