Technology Support Professional

A Technology Support Professional is required to provide technical assistance to schools across Kent. The ideal candidate will have 1st line IT Support experience and proficiency in Microsoft Server, Windows, Active Directory, and Group Policy. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are also necessary. Bonus points if you have Apple knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Travel to various locations providing hands-on support with Microsoft PCs, servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Troubleshoot, install, and guide on tech issues
- Work as the go-to expert for technical guidance
