MGF LTD is a market leader in the design, manufacture, hire and sale of temporary works equipment for the construction industry. With over 440 staff operating from 14 locations nationwide, we employ a talented team of professionals who provide engineering support and hire specialist equipment to temporarily support existing and new structures during construction and refurbishment.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our Structural Support Solutions business as Technical Sales Representative for the South West of England. As a key member of our sales team, you will work collaboratively with consulting engineers and customers throughout the construction process to promote our market leading UniShore product range and secure profitable business.
The successful candidate will have experience within the construction technical sales industry, preferably in temporary works, and possess technical qualification/experience in solution-based sales. You will be able to read drawings and understand the construction process, and have the ability to sell the solution, not the process and build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and grow the Structural Support business in the South West area in line with the business strategy.
- Work collaboratively with consulting engineers and customers throughout the construction process to promote the UniShore range and secure profitable business.
- Deliver within the assigned territory profitable growth, through development of orders from both new and existing customers, with equal focus on both account management and project management.
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus significant sales commission.
