Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our Ofsted 'Good' rated day nursery at Strode College.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging activities that stimulate children's cognitive and social development.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Level 3 childcare qualification or working towards a Level 3.
  • Knowledge of working 'in the moment' and maintaining a child-centred and therapeutic approach.
