We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at Reed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

  • Perform accurate data entry tasks, updating information in our databases to keep records current.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including filing, organizing paperwork, and managing electronic files.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, directing them to appropriate staff members.
  • Assist with the coordination of schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Utilise computer systems and software, including QuickBooks and Google Suite, to complete tasks effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative/office experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Experience with QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite for document and spreadsheet management.
  • Flexibility as may be required to work extra hours where required
