Job Title: Asset Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Asset Land Surveyor to join our team at Demob Job Ltd. As an Asset Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys of pressure systems, producing written reports, and providing technical advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out surveys of pressure systems to identify any potential issues or hazards.
  • Produce detailed written reports on findings, including any recommendations or advice given to clients.
  • Conduct statutory examinations to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide technical advice and recommendations to clients on ways to improve safety and efficiency of pressure systems.
  • Support trainee or junior engineers in their development and training.

Requirements:

  • Hold an NVQ level 3 – Mechanical bias.
  • Strong mechanical engineering background and knowledge of pressure systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Flexible with regards to travel, including overnight stays and working independently.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
