Sofology is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, including staff management, customer service, and sales performance.

You will work closely with our store manager to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Your excellent communication and leadership skills will enable you to motivate and coach our store teams to achieve their full potential.

We estimate that this role will pay around £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as bonuses and career development opportunities.
