Our Team

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Nursery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursery, supporting the development of our children, and contributing to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to support children's learning and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures.
