About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Nursery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursery, including the management of staff, resources, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Manage a Team of experienced educators and support staff
  • Develop and Implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of childcare and education
  • Monitor and Evaluate the quality of care and education provided to children
  • Collaborate with Parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for their children
