Our nursery is committed to delivering exceptional care and learning experiences for children, and we are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Nursery Manager to join our team.

About the Role

As an Assistant Nursery Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursery, supporting the management team, and contributing to the development of our children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the nursery
  • Leading and managing a team of childcare professionals
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare and education
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our services
