Role Overview: This role requires a fully qualified teacher with expertise in teaching Mathematics, Statistics, and STEM-related subjects at Secondary school level.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of curriculum development, assessment strategies, and pedagogical practices to deliver engaging lessons for students aged 11-16.

  • Develop project-based curricula tailored to Key Stage 4 and 5 students.
  • Conduct regular assessments to set targets and enhance student performance.
  • Design interactive lesson plans for students at the age of 11.
  • Provide regular reports on attendance and student progress.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to attend schools on a supply basis as requested.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality alternative mainstream education.
  • Able to adapt teaching methods to accommodate multiple lessons within the day.

Person Specification:

  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required.
  • Fully qualified teacher status and relevant subject specialism.
  • Proven experience working with students aged 11-16.

Estimated Salary Range: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum based on experience.
