Cranleigh STEM, Sustainability & SHEQ Recruitment seeks a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Installation Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of innovative hydrogen technology at construction sites and other high-profile locations.

The key objectives include ensuring safety, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence throughout the deployment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of Deployment Engineers.
  • Develop and implement deployment strategies and plans.

Customer Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding deployment support and assurance.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of hydrogen systems.

Deployment Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of deployment, including logistics, procurement, and staffing.
  • Ensure that all deployments meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on deployment performance and progress.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
