About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our Nuclear New Build team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of new nuclear power stations in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide design analysis and engineering support to clients during the construction and commissioning phases of new nuclear power stations.
  • Develop and deliver a pipeline of work to support the growth and deployment of capable staff as clients' projects progress from construction through commissioning and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations, maintaining a strong safety culture commensurate with nuclear and high-hazard industry standards.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in construction or operational support activities, including operational roles and/or operational support roles at operational nuclear power plants.
  • Credible safety-conscious professional with behaviours and competencies that support a strong safety and delivery culture.
  • Experience in the construction, commissioning, pre-operational, or operational environments with a strategic awareness of international best practice and operational focus.
