Financial Director Job Opportunity

Cambridge Past Present and Future is a leading local charity dedicated to protecting and preserving the city's built heritage. We are now seeking an experienced Financial Director to lead our finance and operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the charity's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will also oversee the implementation of financial systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing cash handling and banking
  • Preparing end-of-year group accounts with auditors
  • Commissioning and managing service providers
  • Serving as Company Secretary

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant or finance professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our charity. A salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum is available for this position, depending on experience.
