About the Role
The Head of Finance and Organisation Development is a senior leadership position within NFP People, responsible for driving organisational growth and success through exceptional financial management and business administration. As a key member of our management team, you will work closely with the Chief Executive and Trustees to contribute to our strategic and operational management.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing the charity's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will also oversee office management, recruiting and managing staff, and providing support services. Additionally, you will serve as Company Secretary and provide advice to the Board and Management Team. Experience with financial systems, cash handling, banking, and paying invoices is essential, as well as proficiency in spreadsheets, Microsoft Office suite, and database management.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in finance and business administration, with experience in managing finances, office management, and staff recruitment and management. You should also have excellent IT skills, including proficiency in financial systems, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office suite, and database management. Knowledge of HR and IT functions is beneficial, but training and development opportunities are available.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 33 days annual holiday entitlement pro rata, pension contribution of up to 5% of gross pay, flexible delivery of hours, remote working options, and free on-site parking.
