We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and experience in coaching, supporting, and motivating colleagues. You will be responsible for driving continuous performance through successful capacity management and round coverage. This includes measuring and driving improvement across a number of performance measures, such as Speed of Service, Standard, Next Day, Next Director, Collections, C2C, Claims/Enquiries, and End of Life, to ensure customer and client satisfaction.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive remuneration package, we offer fantastic opportunities for progression, learning, and development.
