About the Role

We're seeking a talented Customer Service Advisor to join our Branch Network team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our members in achieving their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with our members, understanding their needs and providing tailored support to help them achieve their financial objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication with members through various channels, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, ensuring you can provide expert advice and guidance to our members.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds. You'll be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
