Senior Shopper Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Shopper Marketing Manager to join our Global Travel Retail team at a leading Premium Spirits Business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a best-in-class shopper marketing strategy to drive commercial growth and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute shopper marketing plans that drive sales growth and brand awareness.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create a high-performing, engaged, and diverse team.
- Lead the development and execution of annual customer marketing plans.
- Manage agency partnerships to deliver high-quality shopper marketing campaigns.
- Drive category development and growth through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in shopper/customer/trade/retail marketing with a strong track record of success.
- Direct line management experience with a proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
- Experience working in an FMCG business, preferably in the drinks industry, but open to other categories.
- Strong P&L management and ROI understanding.
- Passion for category management and turning insights into action.
