We are The Recruiters Room, a leading recruitment agency specialising in mortgage and financial services roles. Our client is a highly successful mortgage lender looking for experienced Arrears Collections Agents to join their team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in debt collections, preferably within an FCA regulated environment. They will be responsible for communicating with customers who have fallen into arrears on their mortgage account and providing them with positive solutions to their accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers to resolve arrears issues
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide solutions for customers
  • Meet and exceed performance targets
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2C debt collections
  • FCA regulated environment experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
