Patient Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Patient Services Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to situations with a positive and adaptable attitude, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care.
- Greet patients and visitors professionally, logging their arrival into the clinical computer system.
- Proficiently use IT skills, including Microsoft packages and Adastra, to manage patient records and clinical systems effectively.
- Flexibly work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts, to meet the needs of the service.
- Travel to multiple sites within the region, as required, to support the bank shifts available at Liverpool, Halton, South Sefton, Southport, St Helens, and Warrington.
- £22,500 - £28,000 per annum salary, dependent on experience.
- Zero-hour contract, allowing for flexible working arrangements.
- Annual leave payment in lieu (pro rata).
- NHS pension scheme, providing long-term financial security.
- Eligibility for the Blue Light Card, offering discounts on various services.
- Comprehensive colleague wellbeing package (subject to terms and conditions).
