About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our Schools sector marketing team and lead on the implementation of marketing strategies for our Primary portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative, integrated campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and meet customer needs
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and events
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Measure and report on campaign success, using data to inform future marketing initiatives
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of marketing spend
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign development and execution
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
- Excellent communication and project management skills
