Marketing Manager, Primary

About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Schools sector marketing team and lead on the implementation of marketing strategies, particularly in writing and creating engaging content, across our exciting portfolio of products in the Primary sector.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering creative, integrated campaigns across our Primary portfolio, thinking of new ways to meet our objectives and creating content that our target audiences can't ignore. You will work across all marketing channels, utilising your range of skills and ideas, from promo videos to websites, social media, and more.
You will collaborate with marketing colleagues in Cambridge and around the world to deliver the best campaigns possible, to support the growth of this portfolio. You will ensure budgets are spent in the best way to deliver ROI, measure the success of your campaigns against KPIs, and present your analysis to stakeholders, taking forward learnings to your next projects.
About You
You will have a range of experience in planning and delivering successful, multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of how best to utilise digital channels. You will know how to tailor content to different audiences and write engaging, clear, and effective copy across all platforms. Your proven project management experience and diligent approach to deadlines will ensure multiple projects are delivered on time, and your eye for detail will ensure quality is consistently high.
