Job Brief:

ROLE: Senior Test Manager with Capital Market Expertise

LOCATION: Dublin, Ireland

TYPE: Permanent and Contract (Hybrid work model)

Valid visa for the job role: Stamp 1G, Stamp 4, British, Irish, EU Citizen

Responsibilities:

Primary Skill: Functional testing

Secondary Skill: Test Management

This is a critical role, requiring experience in test managing Banking projects, particularly in the Capital Markets space.

  1. Self-motivated, team player with experience as Test Manager and Testing Experience.
  2. Ability to take ownership of Test Management for component parts of a wider overall solution, working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Ability to work within an overall Programme Test Strategy while managing the test delivery of a component solution based on a specific Test Approach.
  4. Experience in managing SIT / E2E Testing.
  5. Experience working with Business SMEs for different test phases.
  6. Good knowledge on end-to-end complex data conversions, transformation logics, and data modelling.
  7. Excellent reporting and presentation skills with the ability to provide clear metrics and report on test progress and defect position.
  8. Ability to identify blocking issues and manage and escalate to the right level where required.
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills with a keen ability to work with all parties with a view of getting the job done in a co-operative fashion.
  10. Knowledge of JIRA for managing defects & requirements.
  11. Provide Walkthrough to the business and dev team on test scenarios & test cases.
  12. Execute all test cases and upload quality results in approved Test management tool - JIRA.
  13. Update Test preparation, execution status in test management tool - JIRA.
  14. Ensure test artefacts are delivered as per assigned timelines with high quality.
  15. Provide inputs on status and closure reports.
  16. Raise requests for support from dev teams and other stakeholders.
