Lead the Way in Quality Assurance

At PCI Pharma Services, we're committed to delivering life-changing therapies to patients worldwide. As a Data Quality Team Lead, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our analytical testing and data management processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage the QC Operations team to meet output and quality requirements.
  • Monitor performance and work with team members to meet daily performance targets.
  • Develop and implement solutions to address issues outside of direct control.
  • Collaborate with the lab planning team to deliver operational requirements.
  • Ensure on-time and 'right first time' delivery of team activities, including analytical testing, data management, and technical documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, CAPA plans, and other quality-related issues.
  • Review and validate analytical and laboratory data for accuracy, completion, and compliance with procedures.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Promote a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a scientific subject (Chemistry, Microbiology, etc.).
  • Familiarity with GMP standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervisory experience in a pharmaceutical laboratory environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of IT systems and software applications.
