Job Summary

The Sales Engineer is a critical member of the Sales team, responsible for providing pre-sales technical support to prospective customers for KnowBe4 products. This role involves eliminating technical impediments to purchase and adoption, identifying key customer requirements, and positioning KnowBe4 products as solutions to those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and address technical issues impeding sales opportunities
  • Work with technical support to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and manage technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) for prospective customers
  • Establish relationships with partners, prospects, and existing clients to support Sales objectives
  • Help create brand awareness for KnowBe4 products within assigned territories and regions
Requirements
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Ability to demonstrate technical troubleshooting and analysis skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
