Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes. About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management from a manufacturing context, with experience in managing teams and implementing process improvements. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality systems, conducting audits and inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement quality policies and procedures* Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements* Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues* Analyze data to drive business decisions and improve quality performance* Train and develop team members to achieve quality objectives

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance)* Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management from a manufacturing background* Proven track record of improving quality performance and driving business results* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
